its a little wheel thingy at the bottom that feeds ammo into the spring or mag well or something... its only really on hi capacity magazines that cannot fit all its around into ready to fire position at a time...

its a wheel at the bottom of the magazine that they spin to build up sping tension inside the magazine wich feeds the ammo up into the mag well
thats only on highcap magazines tho

Get out and play some airsoft first. Make CONFIRMED hits repeatedly over the course of time. Then come back and say you're a 'sweet sniper'.
Besides, from personal experience, it's more fun to run around with an M4 on full auto than some funky old Bolt-action sniper rifle. And while your skill may be great, the weapon itself might not. you'll end up sinking a thousands of bucks to make your sniper rifle a worthwhile investment.
