ew. no. when you cut the phrases short, it sounds like crap.
This is very nice, we did the same thing (long phrases).
We had the "YIP" at the end of the versus and i cant seem to find a choir that does that also. I guess we all add something to make it unique.
I was part of the greater dallas childrens choir in '05

actually, it was 13/8...first three "beats" divided into 3, then the final "beat" of the measure divided into 4...sucks to count, but a fun song to sing!
