When thinking of New Orleans cuisine Gumbo, Etouffee, and Jambalaya immediately come to mind. But try this recipe for Shrimp Creole. It combines all of the flavors of New Orleans into one of my favorite dishes.

it's when you boil a chicken in water and use the juice from it, that's called stock. you can make vegatable stock the same way just substitute veggies and seafood i don't know which seafoods make it. you can also but stock at a super market.

Actually 90% of the time your food will taste fine with cold water instead of stock. It's not worth using canned stock. Only use stock if you make it yourself.
