Why not look up your history into the Nazi invasion of Norway. When the King refused to yeild and was having to flee, the nazis bomb the hell out of 'em, roasting many men women and children alive and even machine gunning down those who were trying to escape the burning buildings.
These weren't soldiers they were killing who could have at least offered some kind of armed resistance if only on the ground.
Please, try to refrain from waffling.
I mean, I'm only a EE, not a CE. But I'm sure that I could redo these tests, it's not rocket science.
"Actually, it wasn't the nazis who bombed Guernica, it was the Italian Facists who lead the bombing run"
Actually you have no idea what you are talking about. Von Richtofen planned the attack. Von Moreau led the attack, being the first in to test the anti aircraft fire. He was followed in by the rest of his squadron. German fighter aircraft made low lever straffing runs in support. Info:
Gordon Thomas "Les dernieres Heures de Guernica" (I only have the French addition).
"The Bombing of London was Germany's response to the British bombing of Berlin BEFORE the Battle of Britain."
...so what about Rotterdam, Guernica, Durango , Madrid, Warsaw... Thank goodness the Nazis did not have the heavy 4 engined bombers the allies had!
I really must check my spelling. "addition" should read "edition"
We are teached the Germans were the worst of all, but the truth is the Soviets were the worst by far with number of deaths, slave labor, destruction the gulag camps...
More to their own people and country then to their enemies in the end.
