terrible argument. even if we did assume there was no holocaust (which there was) you are saying that the luftwaffe never bombed anyone but the RAF did, i.e dresden? what about london, coventry, belfast....etc??

Actually, it wasn't the nazis who bombed Guernica, it was the Italian Facists who lead the bombing run. Out of 5 waves, the Germans participated in onlt the last 2, which makes them more support bombers than actual conductors of the attack itself. While you might say "They were still involved", might remind you that not every single bomber that attacked Britain was flown by Germans. Austrians, Hungarians and other would have flown them too, but nobody is blaiming them for the attacks, are they?

i wasn't blaming german people specifically i was blaming nazis, hitler was austrian after all. The RAF wasn't totally british either, by 1940 immigrants from nazi annexed nations joined in high numbers

Why not look up your history into the Nazi invasion of Norway. When the King refused to yeild and was having to flee, the nazis bomb the hell out of 'em, roasting many men women and children alive and even machine gunning down those who were trying to escape the burning buildings.
These weren't soldiers they were killing who could have at least offered some kind of armed resistance if only on the ground.

Actually you have no idea what you are talking about. Von Richtofen planned the attack. Von Moreau led the attack, being the first in to test the anti aircraft fire. He was followed in by the rest of his squadron. German fighter aircraft made low lever straffing runs in support. Info:

...so what about Rotterdam, Guernica, Durango , Madrid, Warsaw... Thank goodness the Nazis did not have the heavy 4 engined bombers the allies had!
