I know this is going to get a thumbs down, but Conor Oberst is great. He's done some really immature stuff when he was younger, but now he's really coming into his own an maturing. To anyone who likes this song I would recommend Conor's recent solo album or Four Winds by Bright Eyes. Both excellent.

I've been listening to this song at least 3 times a day since i got the album 7 days ago. Last time this happened to me was when i got hold of a Wilco album.
The melody is simple and hypnotic. The chorus gives me goosebumps. Simply great.
