There's the difference between impermanent altered states of consciousness (either through meditation or whatnot) that creates a fog of wonder, yet the mind is clear and seemingly unaffected. But it is only the mind's twisted game making you believe in it's random conjurations of mystery.. In fact this mystery is the only natural thing.. we just need frequent refinement of our senses. In meditation we are always travelling upwards, we practice self-enquiry and delve inside.

..In order to eliminate the panoramic distractions. One could perfectly well go nuts by doing alot of meditation, but that is not the goal. Ahimsa described in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (non-violence) should always be in your consciousness, even if you don't practice meditation or yoga for that matter. In every walk and approach in life do not put yourself under mental nor physical suffering, do not allow for things to violate your own vehicle.

supposed to keep them almost unfocused, like you're looking through the picture. the second your eyes try to focus on the pattern with normal sight, go back and start over by looking through the pic.

I have never been able to see theese 3d images... maybe it's because I'm color blind (red-green) but I like this video and it's kinda funny ("nice nose"). Also I have a tip, If you are interested in altered states, check for "Xphirience" here on youtube. I really recomend it.
