Wonderful !! I would very much like to know what kind of yoga (Viniyas, Hatha) teaches this practice. I've never seen these moves in either practices. I'd like to be able to know where I can purchase a video or DVD to being these exercises. Please keep me posted if you will. Great exercises.

What a challenge! I wonder if that guy does any heavy lifting in the gym, hes fit and maybe more muscular than yoga alone might provide. BUT who knows maybe I should do more yoga LOL. I will be doing this until I can get the thing at 2:04 perfect!
