That error ended not only the pilot's life but three others as well. Don't just shrug this off. Here, watch this video, it is about ten min. long, but it shows how wreckless this pilot really was with the aicraft:

thats a gud question coz these planes have ejector seats for the pilot and co-pilot, but to answer your quetion no one survived the crash

The plane was flying too low, I was there watching. It was our base's airshow (a big family event), and everyone on that plane had children watching. It felt like it was right above our heads. My old house can be seen in video.
