It's more like a paintball esque system and some states and countries can't get real guns so this is the best they got. I own a few. They're fun to mess around with but ultimately I'll take my real .45 over a UHC model anyday!

Nope, --39 is the intermediate size for assault weapons and lacks long-range performance. The 7.62x54R is the full rifle round, shot by the SVD. (although nowadays, the SVD and variants come in different calibers, but not small calibers)
