I hate when you look for excuses. It is true that your goalkeeper could have been better, but come on. Olic's stoot on the goalbar and carson saved one clear goal. It could have been 5:2. We were better. I am not sayn we ARE better ( and we will see about that in Africa ), just at that game we were better. Goal for 2:0. U cant blame Carson or the Mclaren for that, your defense look like a bunch of kids.

the big problem was the manic 5 minutes in moscow where we threw it away in my opinion. as well as the poor result vs maccedonia at home early in the campaign. this was a shambolic 1st half performance though. but croatia r a good side and would expect them 2 cause us problems. hopefully we beat em in zagreb otehrwise will be yet another few hundred wasted watching england away:(
